REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
JaLAU do not accept Refunds. We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your product.
However if you wish to exchange for a different size, direct message us on Instagram or contact our customer service email laura@jalau.co.uk to request an exchange - please add a note in your return with your name & order number.
Exchange will only be accepted if we have received back the item no more than 10 days after delivery and item is displaying no signs of wear, ie. Perfume scent or makeup marks.
We aim to process exchanges 14 days after receiving the return.
